We sadly have to inform you of the passing of Sgt. David Rainey, ex 1 Royal Sussex and 3 Queen’s, who died on 27 May 2022 in St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester. A long serving member of the Arundel & Littlehampton Branch and stalwart supporter of the East Preston branch of the Royal British Legion, he will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. David’s funeral is at Worthing Crematorium on Tuesday 21 June 2022 at 1330 hrs. Those members wishing to be part of his guard of honour should arrive at 1300 hrs. There will be refreshments afterwards at the RBL East Preston.
