Mid Sussex in Parliament

During August last year Mid Sussex Branch paid a visit to our Houses of Parliament. The  day commenced with a meal at the Union Jack Club, and then onto Westminster on one of the hottest days of the summer. The tour was very informative with the added benefit of audio headphones describing additional detail about this truly amazing building. With a particularly moving element being in the Great Hall where our late   Going into different chamber’s and parts of the building you only see on the TV was amazing. Being in the hall where our late Queen lay in state was very moving.
