It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Major Stephen Beauclerk Ellwood, beloved husband of Pat for 72 years; Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, brother and friend to countless others, who passed away on 5 September 2022. Stephen served with 1 Royal Sussex and 3 Queen’s and many Association members will have served with him, or known him as OC HQ Coy 3 Queen’s. A celebration of his life will be held at the Church of St. Mary and St. Melor, Amesbury at 1500 hrs on Tuesday 27 September, to which all friends are welcome and afterwards at Abbey Mews. We join in sending our sincere condolences to his family who request that there are no flowers, but a donation may be made if desired to Brooke Animal Hospital by visiting www.chriswhitrefunerals.co.uk     May he rest in peace.
