The Regimental Association’s AGM will take place in the Lecture Room, Lewes Town Hall. Open to all paid up members of the Association access to the Lecture Room is via the side entrance to the Town Hall in Fisher Street. Disabled access is available. The minutes of the previous AGM together with the agenda will be circulated to all members by the Association Secretary in advance of the meeting and will be posted on this website within the members area. Those members who have not registered an e-mail address with Association Secretary and do not have IT facilities are entitled to receive such documentation by post, assuming they have lodged those relevant postal details with the Association Secretary.

Business to be discussed at that AGM is to include approval of the Minutes of the previous meeting, matters arising from the previous meeting, reports on activities throughout the Association covering the past, current and future plans, finance, notification of appointments, approval of honorary appointments and any other business. Members may table business they wish to be discussed at that meeting by submitting proposals in writing to the Association Secretary at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Should members be unable to attend an AGM, they may register a proxy vote with the Association Secretary at least 72 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
